Regional Workplace Experience ManagerLocation: BirminghamHours of work: 40Contract Type: PermanentThe Regional Workplace Experience Manager is responsible for overseeing and elevating the workplace experience across multiple sites within the client contract.In this role, you will drive operational excellence by fostering a welcoming, engaging, and productive environment that aligns seamlessly with the clients vision and ISSs renowned standards of service delivery.Job DescriptionLeading and inspiring workplace teams, you will implement strategic initiatives designed to enhance the overall experience for end users while maintaining operational efficiency.Acting as a key liaison between stakeholders, you will ensure clear communication, collaboration, and a consistent approach to delivering exceptional workplace experiences.This is an exciting opportunity to shape and develop dynamic workplace environments, championing innovation and continuous improvement while making a lasting impact on both client satisfaction and team performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and support workplace teams across the region to deliver outstanding serviceFoster a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvementConduct regular performance reviews, training, and development programs for the workplace teamsOversee the delivery of all workplace services, including reception, cleaning, maintenance, catering, and events, ensuring they meet service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)Conduct regular site visits to monitor service standards, address issues, and engage with on-site teamsManage escalations and implement solutions to ensure seamless operationsPartner with the client to understand their evolving needs and adapt services to enhance workplace experiencesProfessional and Personal Competencies/QualificationsProven experience in a senior workplace, facilities, or hospitality management role, preferably across multiple sitesStrong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teamsExcellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in using workplace management systems and Microsoft Office SuiteUnderstanding of health and safety regulations and sustainability practicesBudget management experience and ability to analyse financial data effectivelyThe CompanyISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
