Pacific International Executive Search has been exclusively retained to assist our client, a Fortune 500 company and a global leader in industrial materials, who is seeking a dynamic and experienced Specification & Technical Marketing Lead to join their team. This role is ideally based close to London, Birmingham or Manchester. As the Specification & Technical Marketing Lead, your primary responsibility will be to ensure products and solutions are specified in HVAC applications in constructions. This would ideally be within a general specification or project specific. You will play a crucial role in engaging with national HVAC industry associations and provide technical support to contractors and specifiers. Your ability to communicate effectively with designers, host webinars, and build relationships with specifiers is essential. To enhance efficiency, you will also utilize novel digital channels in collaboration with the Marketing and Communications team. Depending on your profile and interest, there is an opportunity at later stage to play a larger role within the commercial organization. If you are passionate about HVAC and have the technical expertise to drive marketing efforts, we would love to hear from you!Job Requirements: Background & Skills Education Open to various backgrounds, but ideally within building materials, construction, or engineering. Experience Minimum 5 years in the HVAC and/or Mechanical and Electrical industry. Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate product specifications into commercial opportunities. Ability to develop localized marketing materials based on central European content. Strong time management and prioritization skills. Strong and established network within the specifier community a distinct advantage. Location & Travel: London preferred, but flexible within major UK cities (Manchester, Birmingham). Home-based with significant fieldwork (40% of the time). Travel required across UK & Europe for customer visits, training, and internal collaboration.
