As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, working with both clients and candidates, building and maintaining your desk. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.Key Responsibilities:Client Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their hiring needs and business objectives.Provide expert advice on recruitment strategies, market trends, and talent acquisition best practices.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction.Candidate Sourcing:Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles across different industries and functions.Utilise multiple recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and headhunting.Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future client needs.End-to-End Recruitment Process:Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, reference checks, and offer negotiation.Provide guidance to clients and candidates throughout the interview and hiring process.Ensure a smooth transition for candidates once an offer is accepted, supporting onboarding processes when necessary.Team Leadership and Mentorship:Lead and mentor junior recruitment consultants, offering guidance, training, and support to enhance team performance.Share industry knowledge, best practices, and recruitment strategies with team members.Business Development:Identify new business opportunities and proactively generate leads to grow the client portfolio.Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences to promote recruitment services and increase visibility.Reporting and Administration:Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and client requirements in the recruitment database.Generate recruitment reports, track KPIs, and contribute to monthly/quarterly reviews.Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and legal regulations.Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant, with a strong track record in filling roles across various industries.In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, interview techniques, and market trends.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Strong business acumen and experience in client management.Ability to mentor and coach junior team members.Highly motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).A degree or professional qualification in HR, Business, or related field is preferred but not essential.Desired Attributes:Confident and professional demeanour.Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.Ability to adapt to changing client needs and market conditions.Team-oriented but also self-driven and capable of working independently.Benefits:Competitive salary, commission structure, and rewards.Opportunities for career progression and professional development.This Senior Recruitment Consultant role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to take the next step in their recruitment career and make a significant impact within a leading organisation.
