We're offering a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop valuable skills in fleet administration, all while working towards a recognised qualification. This is your chance to become a vital part of our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our fleet. Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Location: South Kirkby. What will you be doing? As an L3 Fleet Business Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our operations, supporting the day-to-day management of our fleet. You'll be involved in: Managing vital documentation: From maintenance logs and insurance to MOTs, you'll ensure everything is in order. Scheduling maintenance and repairs: Keeping our vehicles in top condition is key, and you'll play a crucial role in this process. Monitoring compliance: Ensuring we adhere to regulations and company policies. Supporting reporting and analysis: Helping us track fleet performance and identify areas for improvement. Liaising with suppliers: Building relationships with key partners. Handling queries: Providing support to staff and clients. Utilising fleet management software: Gaining experience with industry-standard tools. Assisting with driver records: Supporting the management of driver schedules and information. What are we looking for? Level 4 (Grade C) in English and Math - desirable but not essential. A passion for a career in fleet management. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Proactive and flexible approach. Basic computer literacy (MS Office).
