Key Responsibilities: As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor / Trainee Mortgage Broker , you will gain in-depth knowledge of the mortgage industry, market regulations, and lending criteria. Assist in delivering tailored mortgage and protection advice to clients referred by the estate agency. Guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring they secure the best deal to meet their financial needs. Conduct initial client consultations to assess financial goals and requirements. Research and recommend suitable mortgage and protection products from a panel of lenders. Prepare and submit mortgage applications efficiently while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and estate agents to facilitate smooth mortgage transactions. Keep clients informed and updated throughout the mortgage application process. Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets and performance goals. Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance industry knowledge and expertise. Requirements: CeMAP 1 qualification (or equivalent) is essential. Previous sales experience in a customer-facing role is highly desirable. Clean credit history and full UK driving licence are required. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities .
