Engaging Curriculum: Collaborate with the team to design and implement a creative, play-based curriculum that sparks curiosity and supports each childs developmental milestones. Compliance & Quality: Uphold all nursery policies and procedures while maintaining full compliance with Ofsted and relevant legislation, ensuring a high standard of safety and care. Strong Partnerships: Build lasting relationships with parents and carers, offering a supportive and welcoming atmosphere where families feel valued and involved. Financial Oversight: Manage budgets and resource planning effectively, maintaining healthy occupancy levels to support the ongoing success and expansion of the nursery. Innovation & Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance the nurserys practices, embracing fresh ideas and feedback to keep the setting at the forefront of early years education. Qualifications & Experience Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Early Years/Childcare (e.g. NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent). Proven track record in a managerial or senior supervisory role within an early years setting. Expert knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and Ofsted requirements. A motivational leader who can unite and uplift the nursery team. Confident communicator with a passion for delivering exceptional childcare and customer service.
