Key Responsibilities Act as a dedicated Re-Mortgage Advisor / Re-Mortgage Broker , specializing in helping clients secure the best deals. Work home-based in Cheshire , conducting consultations via phone, video call, or in-person . Utilize all leads provided by a dedicated team generating 5-7 pre-qualified appointments per week . Offer whole-of-market mortgage solutions, including re-mortgages and protection advice . Manage the end-to-end mortgage process , from fact-finding to application submission and completion. Maintain compliance with FCA regulations and company policies. Deliver an outstanding client experience , guiding customers through the re-mortgage process with expert advice . Key Requirements Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker , ideally with re-mortgage experience . CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) is essential. Strong knowledge of mortgage products and protection solutions . Ability to work independently in a home-based environment while managing a pipeline effectively. Exceptional communication skills and a client-first approach . Earnings & Commission Structure Basic Salary : 27,000 - 29,000 + Car Allowance. Uncapped Commission : Earn 10% - 25% commission on mortgage and protection completions. Realistic OTE : 50,000 - 60,000+ in Year 1.
