Part of this role will include ensuring that our team is trained to give customers the service and quality they deserve. Your main aim will be to manage quality standards and compliance within the Superdrug & Savers Apprenticeship Programme.Role Purpose:Supporting the wider People team to deliver the People Strategy, the apprenticeship assessor will support our apprentices throughout their journey at Superdrug/Savers. A field based role which is fundamental in developing our apprentices to thrive in our stores and delight our customers.
