Join us to grow your career and create the future of software assurance at scale together.Work Youll Do: Learn and shape the newest industry trends and technologiesCommunicate and coordinate with external teams for release management, product management and engineering requirements within a globally distributed teamDesign, develop, implement and operate a third-party artifact repositoryEvaluate and improve the security of the repositoryPerformance tune software application security tools to scale to application codebases with millions of lines of source code (MLOC)Use and contribute to the Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) process for building and delivering security toolsDesign and implement test suites for the security toolsPractice sustainable incident response and drive root cause analysis on a rotation basis.What Youll Bring:BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field involving coding or equivalent practical experience.5+ years experience programming in GoLang, Java and/or PythonHave experience with either program analysis, compilers, and/or web application securityExperience with Linux OSExperience with CI/CD tools (Kubernetes, terraform, Jenkins, Mavin, Gradle, Ant or similar)Demonstrated ability to negotiate, design, and develop to API specificationsA critical and considerate eye for detail with the ability to proactively identifying effective and efficient solutions to real problems.Ability to learn new technologies quicklyEligibility to work in UK without sponsorship is essential and willingness and eligibility to undertake security clearance would be preferable.Nice to Have:Working knowledge of PaaS components like Cloud Object Storage, RedisExperience with RESTful web servicesExperienced working with third-party libraries and APIsExperience working with geographically distributed teamsAbility to drive, follow, and evangelize cross-team processesWhat We'll Give You:Ability to work in a flexible work from home arrangement (so long as you are able to come to one of the Oracle UK offices as needed, hybrid)Exposure to mind blowing large-scale cutting-edge systemsThe resources of a large, global operation while still having the small, start-up feel of a smaller team day to dayDevelop new skills and competencies working with our vast cloud product offeringsOngoing extensive training and skills development to further your career aspirationsIncredible benefits and company perksAn organisation filled with smart, enthusiastic, and motivated colleaguesThe opportunity to impact and improve our systems and delight our customers
