About The RoleAs part of Morrison Energy Services, the SHEQ Frameworks Manager will be responsible forleading the SHEQ performance across a series of MES Distribution Network Operator (DNO) Electrical Framework Contracts covering projects across the UK.This role reports directly to the Contract Director and works closely with the Framework Management teams.Youwill ensure a strategic and proactive approach to managing SHEQ performance ensuring compliance with relevant statutory, regulatory, Client, MES standardsand specifications, whilst driving continual improvement. You will support ongoing relationships and frameworks with existing clients, and agreed strategic targets, in line with a defined SHEQ plan.As the SHEQ Manager your KeyDuties and Responsibilities will be: Effective and visible leadership on all aspects of SHEQBuild and maintain a skilled and sustainable SHEQ team to support programme assuranceDetermine and ensure compliance against company, client and legislative requirementsOngoingdevelopment and deliveryof the Contract SHEQ Plan and the associated processto drive continual improvementEnsure alignment with client / MES vision and values and performance requirementsEnsure SHEQ requirements meet MESand Client standardsas a minimumWork closely with all management levels in the team to effectively deliver SHEQ performance on all projectsManage the monthly reporting process information, both internally and to clientsMonitor/review all relevant aspects of SHEQ standardsPresent performance information at contract and client meetings as requiredProactively propose areas for ongoing improvementAssist in the effective delivery of the competency process within each contract.
