Our recent new joiners in the brand portfolio are Dunkin' in France as well as Asian style restaurant-chain Chopstix in the UK.About the position:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Legal Manager to join our team and support our group Chief Administrative Officer. This role will manage both local and international legal matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and overseeing corporate governance across our operations.This is what you will be doing: Contract Management:Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts in both English (and French), including but not limited to international and local commercial agreements, lease agreements and franchise agreements. Ensure that all contractual obligations are aligned with legal requirements and business goals.Compliance & Regulatory Oversight:Handle crucial compliance matters, including GDPR, data privacy regulations, and other regulatory issues impacting the business. Stay up to date on changes to legal and regulatory frameworks and ensure the company remains compliant in all jurisdictions.Corporate Governance & Affairs:Oversee corporate governance matters, including board meetings, shareholder agreements, company formation, and restructuring.
