We are currently partnering with a well-known global consultancy firm to help them expand their Manufacturing Advisory division. This is an incredible opportunity for someone with a proven track record who wants to join an ambitious and dynamic organisation with significant growth plans.To be considered for this role, you must have solid experience in production, industrial maintenance, supply chain, and/or process management within a consultancy firm in the UK, with a background in cost reduction, engineering, logistics, or procurement. Experience in Life Sciences, Automotive, Transport and Logistics, Industrial and Chemicals, and/or Consumer Goods would be beneficial.The OpportunityYou will have the opportunity to take full responsibility for account and team management, while working alongside the most experienced partners in the manufacturing sector.Our ClientOur client is a high-growth consultancy firm with a presence across all five continents. Due to increasing demand, they are looking to expand their Manufacturing/Industrial division, with a focus on operational efficiency through the use of digital tools and emerging technologies. To be considered for this role, you must have extensive experience in manufacturing transformation within a consultancy firm in the UK, with expertise in Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, Supply Chain, Technology, and/or the Automotive sector. The redesign of industrial (and logistics) systems, make or buy strategy and performance optimisation.About the RoleAs an Managing Principal (Managing Consultant), you will:Play a senior leadership role within the Manufacturing/Industrial Advisory division in the UK, with a focus on engineering, procurement, and manufacturingall within a digital transformation context.Work closely with clients to understand their needs around production models and business transformation.Assist with client pitches, business development, and relationship management.Take responsibility for leading and managing the delivery team.Salary & BenefitsSalary: 102,000 to 120,000 Bonus: Generous performance and business development bonus (around 20%)Benefits: Private health insurance, pension, and other great benefitsLocation: Central LondonWorking LocationHybrid working.
