This role is responsible for creating new and editing existing digital & physical marketing assets that drive engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative background, a deep understanding of designing for digital and print, and excellent communications skills.ResponsibilitiesCreate compelling content and marketing assets, including design, copy and graphics that resonate with our target audience.Develop engaging digital content for our social media channels to increase engagement and grow our online community.Manage our existing asset library and ensure all assets are kept up to date.Create and order physical print assets for our customersDesign white papers, reports and other digital assetsNewsletter designSkills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Design, Communications, or a related field.Proven experience (1+ years) in Graphic Design or Digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of creative assets.Proficient in Adobe suite design software (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Experience of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Meta, Square Space).Strong understanding of design principles for print & design.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong project management and organisational skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.DiversityAs a diverse team we are keen to receive applications from people of all backgrounds, ages, and types of formal or informal education.
