Aureos is seeking an Assistant Materials Manager based in our office in Bathgate. The Assistant Materials Manager will be responsible for overseeing aspects of inventory management. This role requires organisation skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft applications as well as the willingness to learn our procurement system Coins.Day to day tasks involve the purchasing of materials, PPE and site equipment. Keeping track of materials and plant and issuing them out to the correct contracts is important on a commercial perspective as well as asset protection. Liaising with suppliers and the client will be very important to maintain a relationship as you will be working closely with them.
