An established Corporate International Bank is seeking a Customer Due Diligence (CDD) Analyst to join its London team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the banks risk management framework and ensure regulatory compliance in a dynamic financial environment.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive due diligence on new and existing Financial Institutions, Non-Banking Financial Institutions in accordance with regulatory requirements.Collect and verify client documentation, including identification, business operations, source of wealth, and source of funds.Perform Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) screenings, sanctions checks, and adverse media searches, documenting findings and making recommendations for escalation where necessary.Draft and send Requests for Information (RFIs) to clients, ensuring all necessary details are obtained.Conduct risk assessments to identify potential money laundering, terrorist financing, and other financial crime risks.Escalate high-risk clients or suspicious activities to the Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) team and provide detailed reports for further investigation.Maintain and update client records to reflect any new information or changes identified during due diligence processes.Engage with clients to obtain necessary information and resolve any compliance-related queries.Manage and track ongoing due diligence cases, ensuring timely completion and resolution.Skills & Experience Required:Minimum 5 years experience within a KYC or CDD role.Proven expertise in corporate onboarding and due diligence processes.Strong knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and other regulatory requirements.Experience conducting KYC checks on Middle Eastern clientsProficiency in compliance-related tools and software for due diligence and monitoring.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.If you meet the required skills, please share your CV to elizabeth.mcgill@goodmanmasson.com
