Job Title: Legal Counsel Salary: Available upon request Location: South Kent Hybrid (3 days) Overview:An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a high performing bi-national legal team to provide commercial, contractual, construction and compliance-related legals services across this global group of companies. You will work closely with the Head of Legal UK and will be a key member of a collaborative and friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity for an in-house Solicitor with 3+ years PQE. Duties include:Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, construction and engineering projects, IT/IP contracts and marketing/advertising agreements Identifying legal considerations arising from day-to-day operational and commercial activitiesCollaborate with the Head of Legal UK and the Legal Director to meet the objectives of the legal department Contribute to bi-national work between legal team members Provide training to legal team members on key UK legal issues Offer legal advice and recommendations on regulatory and compliance requirements across the Group including Data Protection and Competition law policiesThe successful candidate will have/be:UK qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 3+ years PQE Demonstrable in-house legal experience dealing with corporate, commercial and regulatory issues Able to work autonomously to minimize legal risk and obtain maximum commercial advantage from commercial and corporate activitiesPackage:Competitive salary available upon request Annual General Bonus (6%), Management Bonus and 3rd Layer Bonus Private Medical Insurance Share Incentive Plan Life Assurance 25 days annual leave plus additional 2 days (qualifying criteria) and 26 additional hours Company sick pay Up to 180 calendar days after 5 years service Discretionary paid leave Hybrid working arrangements (3 days in office) If you feel you meet the above criteria, please apply online for immediate consideration.
