As a Commercial Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in matching top talent with businesses across various industries. With the support of our branch back office team you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and building strong relationships with clients to meet their hiring needs. Previous experience in recruitment sales and growing a warm perm desk is essential. Key Skills and Qualifications - Proven 2 years+ experience in a C ommercial R ecruitment Consultant role, able to evidence examples of new business wins. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build and maintain lasting client and candidate relationships. - Proficiency in using recruitment software and job boards. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. - A positive and resilient attitude with a passion for helping people find their next career opportunity. - Full clean driving licence in order to attend client visits is essential.
