Role: Property Administrator Location: Blackburn, BB1 2FA Hours: Full-Time / Permanent Salary: up to 26,500 Bonus Scheme: Bonus Incentive! As a Property Administrator, youll play a vital role in our procurement process, ensuring goods and services are purchased efficiently, delivered on time, and aligned with our operational needs. From managing purchase orders and analysing procurement data to liaising with vendors and ensuring record-keeping, your strong numerical skills and attention to detail will be essential in driving operational efficiency at EG On The Move. What youll be doing: Prepare and enter purchase orders into the system based on requisitions from internal departments. Communicate with vendors to ensure that products are delivered and meet the required specifications. Monitor and track open orders, manage delivery schedules, and ensure on-time deliveries. Reconcile purchase orders with invoices and ensure the accuracy of pricing, quantities, and other details before processing payments. Keep detailed records of all purchase orders, including contract terms, order status, and vendor communications. Enter data into purchasing software and generate reports on order status, delivery performance, and procurement trends. Ensure that all purchase orders adhere to company policies, budgets, and procurement procedures. Address any issues or discrepancies related to purchase orders, including delays, damages, or incorrect shipments, and work toward timely resolution. Work closely with other departments, such as finance, to support company operations. Whats in it for you? Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) . Familiarity with purchasing systems like SAP, D365, or Sage is a advantage. Strong numerical skills with the ability to analyse and interpret data. High level of accuracy and attention to detail when processing purchase orders and managing records. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders, internal teams, and management. Ability to address challenges and find solutions in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines In a fast paced environment.
