Project Engineer, Leeds/Bradford based, basic to c42k. Are you looking for: A role to be part of a busy and expanding team? Part of a major engineering company, with excellent internal opportunities? An industry that's constantly evolving with new technologies? THE ROLE: Taking a customer project from enquiry, through to successful installation and handover. Checking design, product selections and customer brief to generate a technical and costed solution. Working with the internal teams, production and external suppliers to provide equipment to be installed. Liaising closely with the customer on delivery, site instructions (such as permits/craneage) and site staff to ensure products are installed and commissioned correctly. Controlling costs and timelines for your projects. Site visits required as necessary for surveys, installation and commissioning support. THE PERSON Essential: Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, with a working knowledge of Heating & Cooling products preferred. Previous experience as a Projects Engineer or Contracts Engineer. Full driving licence to attend site visits as required. Excellent organisation and communication skills. HNC or degree qualified in a mechanical engineering or related subject. Desirable: Previous experience of working for an HVAC manufacturer preferred but not essential.
