YOUR ROLE We're on the brink of an exciting new chapter with the launch of our state-of-the-art facility in Longtown, and we're looking for a dedicated Stock investigator to join our team. As the mastermind behind accurate inventory accounting, you'll keep your finger on the pulse of all stock movements. By conducting regular physical stock checks, you'll swiftly identify and investigate any discrepancies related to the issuance and receipt of stock Join us in this pivotal role and be a part of our journey to excellence! YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Carry out stock adjustments and transactions on the site inventory systems Identify issues visually within warehouse Collate data from various sources, for example Warehouse and Inventory Management Systems (WMS & IMS) and manual spreadsheets Analyse and interrogate data and report outputs Create various operational reports for external and internal customer, such as volume reports, warehouse dashboard. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES Knowledge of warehouse management systems and their link with Inventory systems Experience within a customer focused environment Strong numeric and analytical skills along with attention to detail and analytical and numerate/data rational Microsoft Office (including Excel skills) - competent with manipulation and updating of spreadsheets MHE licence is an advantage but not essential Understanding of warehouse practises e.g. Goods receipt, Picking, Dispatch is an advantage but not essential Please be aware that by applying for this role, you are agreeing to participate in the employment screening process.
