TSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with a leading firm of chartered surveyors who are looking for a Residential Property Manager to manage a portfolio of properties located across the south coast and London. The office is located in Fareham, Hampshire. The ideal candidatewill be responsible for: Fire and Health & Safety compliance Carrying out property inspections to identify maintenance issues, Acting as the main point of contact between leaseholders and contractors for maintenance works and statutory compliance. Working with accounts advisors on annual service charge budgets Section 20 Project Management. We will ideally be looking for someone with experience in leasehold block management, knowledge of landlord & tenant legislation. Excellent IT knowledge with good experience of Microsoft packages.
