This role involves full cradle-to-grave investigation and management of public and product liability claims for prestigious clients, with opportunities for site visits where necessary. You will have the support of in-house surveyors and field adjusters as required. Key Responsibilities: Handling a portfolio of third-party property damage claims Conducting detailed investigations and providing expert liability assessments Managing claims from inception to settlement Collaborating with internal surveyors, field adjusters, and legal experts Engaging with corporate clients, small businesses, insurers, and brokers Essential Skills & Experience: Proven experience in liability claims handling or adjusting Knowledge of JCT contracts, Party Wall Act, and Motor Trade claims (advantageous) Strong understanding of insurance law, policy wordings, contracts, and civil liability Excellent investigative skills with keen attention to detail Ability to influence and negotiate effectively Strong communication skills clear, concise, and empathetic Commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients Whats on Offer?
