JOB Control Systems Engineer LOCATION Somerset TERM - Permanent SALARY 45,000- 65,000 per annum. A Somerset based engineering company are looking for a Control Systems Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. The Control Systems Engineer will ideally have the following attributes: BEng or equivalent controls or electrical engineering qualification or relevant discipline. 3 years controls& automation experience from design through to commissioning. Strong PLC & HMI programming skills. Strong software knowledge ideally Siemens or Mitsubishi. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong communication skills. The Control Systems Engineers duties will involve: The design of contro systems & panels. Creating & developing electrical drawings & schematics. Involvement with final stage commissioning. Providing support to other engineers when required. Ensuring health & safety regulations are met at all times. Liaising with other engineers & departments to ensure requirements are being met at all times.
