Main Duties and Responsibilities for the HGV Technician: ?Carry out routine inspections maintenance service and repairs on franchised and non-franchised vehicles including trailers to industry standard ?Carry out a wide range of defect repairs. ?Fault diagnosis and rectification using the manufacturers computer system and tooling. ?Complete job cards and service sheets using online systems correctly and in line with warranty protocol. The Mechanic should have: ?Experience in a similar role, maintaining commercial vehicles. ? It is highly desirable to have NVQ L3 or similar, but this is not essential ?HGV licence desired.
