Data Management: Collect, clean and manage HR data in a timely and accurate manner. This includes data related to recruitment, employee onboarding, performance evaluations, compensation, and benefits. Data Analysis: Analyse HR data to identify trends, patterns and insights that can inform HR decision-making. Use tools such as Excel and QlikSense (training provided) to visualise and present findings that will inform decision making. Reporting: Create and distribute regular reports to HR stakeholders, such as the Heads of HR, people managers, and other members of the HR team. Develop dashboards and other visualizations to communicate key HR metrics. Process Improvement: Collaborate with the HR team to identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions to enhance data management and reporting capabilities. Compliance: Ensure data privacy and security by adhering to data protection policies and regulations such as GDPR. What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end? You will attain a Level 3 Data Technician Apprenticeship Standard qualification.
