They now have a genuinely exciting opportunity for someone to join their senior management team in a newly created role. This is an exciting and role that is key to their growth and continued success. Working closely with the Head of Commercial to: Drive efficiency Enhance systems Ensure compliance Identify operational risks and implement robust controls to mitigate them Increase operational performance - review, develop, and streamline internal workflows to ensure best practices and operational excellence. Lead projects with both short and long term goals Support the team, although this is not a customer-facing role in itself The business currently have 2 offices, and ideally they would need someone to be able to travel between the 2 and support on both sites. To be considered you will need: Experience within insurance and ideally within commercial insurance with strong knowledge of insurance compliance Experience leading and managing a team We are happy to consider someone moving away from a customer-facing role Used to working in a fast-paced environment, to tight deadlines Proven experience driving a customer-focused culture coaching team members to enhance performance and service levels Able to make confident decisions quickly and solve problems.
