Develop and implement an engaging early years curriculum in line with the EYFS framework . Oversee safeguarding, health & safety, and compliance to maintain a safe and stimulating environment . Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff to create a positive, inclusive culture . Manage budgets, staffing, and operational aspects of the nursery effectively. What Were Looking For: Level 3 or above in Early Years / Childcare (or equivalent). Minimum 2 years' experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager.
