Property Dispute Resolution Solicitor North West / Hybrid Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience A leading property litigation team is looking for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to handle a diverse and complex caseload, contribute to business development, and support the firm's expansion. Experience in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) is desirable. The Role: Managing a varied caseload, including landlord and tenant disputes, real property issues, and professional negligence claims. Advising clients on rights of way, restrictive covenants, boundary disputes, tenancy issues, and contractual matters. Drafting and preparing legal correspondence, court documents, and submissions. Conducting negotiations, mediation, arbitration, and court hearings. Liaising with clients, barristers, expert witnesses, courts, and tribunals, including instructing counsel when necessary. Assisting with the growth and development of the property litigation team, including business development initiatives. Mentoring and supervising junior solicitors, trainees, and paralegals, providing guidance on legal and procedural matters. Promoting the firm's values and reputation internally and externally, collaborating with teams across the business. What We're Looking For: 3-5 years PQE in property litigation Strong technical knowledge of real property law, landlord and tenant disputes, contract law, and professional negligence. Ability to independently manage a caseload while working collaboratively within a team. Experience or interest in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution (ADR). Strong drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills, with experience attending court hearings and mediations. Excellent organisation, planning, and time management, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities. A proactive approach to business development, with a drive to expand the firm's property litigation offering. Strong communication and client relationship skills, ensuring high levels of service and professionalism. Proficiency in IT and case management systems.
