We are recruiting for an Administrator to support on general administration tasks and business support within a fast-paced working environment.Overview of dutiesPreparing new client formsOnboarding of new clients and liaising with Client Managers to ensure all documentation is correctMaintaining client records and filing of documents in respective client filesBilling administration and assisting with credit controlMaintain office supplies and inventory including ordering, receivingMaintain office filing system including scanning, filing, and organising documents dailyManage all incoming mail and packages for all departments including shipping/receiving, labelling, and distribution as neededAssist with filing/referral of all documents in the office filing system daily or as needed based on departmental needsTyping Letters, reports and professional documentsProviding administrative support to the teamMeeting, greeting and liaising with clientsManaging an effective and efficient filing systemManaging client records on the firms database softwareOther ad hoc general administrative tasksPerson specification Knowledge, skills and abilities:Must be able to work in a fast-paced environmentOrganisational skills and attention to detailAbility to work in a team environment and provide support to other employees as neededAbility to work independently and prioritise tasks accordinglyAbility to interact with stakeholders at all levelsDiscretion when dealing with confidential information in all aspects of workEducation / and or Experience:Must have at least 2 years work within a professional services environment.Experience with IRIS, XERO and other accountancy software beneficialKey information: Hours: 37.5 hours Location: BromsgroveIf this sounds like something you are interested in please apply, or contact Lucy Reed for further information.
