Employment, London, 2+ PQEMy client's established and growing Employment practice has an exciting new opportunity for an Employment solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' experience. Examples of the work in which team members are involved include:Assisting with day to day HR law advice to clients (in a variety of sectors, including financial services and tech/fintech);Supporting clients to manage investigations involving business critical issues and working with partners in the capacity as investigator; Advising predominantly employers, but also senior executives and partners on dismissals, disciplinary processes, grievances and other tricky employee relations issues;Working as part of a team on complex, high value tribunal and High Court litigation;Drafting and advising on employee contracts, handbooks, consultancy agreements and other employee related documentation; Developing an understanding of legal issues relating to employment, for example partnership, data protection and SMCR, SRA and BSB regulatory matters;Advising on TUPE and other employee related matters associated with business restructures, sales and purchases.The team is now looking for an associate with at least 2+ PQE, who is keen to learn and act for quality clients on interesting, challenging work.
