Responsibilities: Develop and create CMM programs using mCosmos software to perform precise measurements on parts and assembliesOperate CMM machines efficiently to measure components as per engineering drawings, specifications, and tolerancesSet up and calibrate CMM machines before conducting measurements to ensure accuracy and reliabilityConduct regular inspection and verification of parts according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)Utilise mCosmos software for efficient measurement programming, including advanced features like probe configurations, coordinate system setups, and data analysis toolsOversee regular calibration of all factory measurement equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal quality requirementsOrganise and coordinate with external calibration suppliers for periodic calibration services, ensuring all necessary certifications and documentation are providedExperience Required:Experience working with other CMM software programs such as PC-DMIS, mCosmos, or similarCertification in quality control or CMM operation (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Technician)Familiarity with ISO/TS 16949 or other industry-specific quality standardsKnowledge of calibration standards and working with external suppliers for equipment calibration and validation
