Reward/Benefits Expert 2/3 month contract initially- INSIDE IR35Nottingham- HYBRIDI am currently recruiting on behalf of a leading Retailer in Nottingham for a Reward Expert to join on a contractual basis2/3-month contract initially with a view to extendWe are essentially looking to engage with a Rewards Professional who has worked in a large retail environment, analysing rewards, benefits and pay policies and making recommendations.In this role you will be reviewing current pay structures and methodologies and making recommendations for improvements, recommending process simplifications around core reward processes and general all-around reward / benefits improvements.Responsibilities:Review current pay structures and methodologies and recommendations for improvements. To include review and recommendations on:Market range approach and data sourcesPay progression principlesSupport office pay structuresImpact of national living wage and pay compressionCreate a roadmap for organisations journey to pay transparency.
