This role is ideal for someone with administration, CMS or data experience coupled with excellent communication skills and a passion for interacting with others and delivering a high level of support.About the RoleAs Customer Support Executive, you will oversee a team of two Executives, manage website content moderation, support users, build client relationships, and assist in delivering high-profile industry events. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills for someone with excellent attention to detail.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Team ManagementLead and mentor a team of two Executives, ensuring high performance and content quality.Set and monitor KPIs, aligning them with monthly bonus incentives to drive team success.Website Content ModerationOversee daily subscriber content using a bespoke CMS, ensuring quality control across:Press releases, company profiles, image galleries, and videosJob postings and new user registrationsReview and approve new user profiles for both existing clients and prospective business opportunities.Compile and manage the daily email newsletter, ensuring engaging and high-quality content is delivered to subscribers.User SupportRespond promptly and professionally to user enquiries via email and phone.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues where possible, escalating to the development team as needed.Client Relationship ManagementConduct onboarding sessions and platform demonstrations to help clients maximise their engagement.Assist new clients with trials, subscriptions, and platform features, ensuring a seamless user experience.Customer SupportWork with potential new customers and assess their suitability for free trials.Manage trialist onboarding, ensuring smooth transitions into paid subscriptions.Data ManagementMaintain accurate records of client data and subscriptions within the CMS.Manage and regularly update the Mailchimp database to optimise email marketing campaigns.Monitor and ensure the health of email data for effective communications.Email MarketingWork closely with the Marketing team to create and execute targeted email campaigns using MailchimpProofread and approve email templates, ensuring they are well-segmented for the intended audience.Event DeliveryAssist with pre-launch form testing and attendee registration.Process registrations and manage attendee data.Support on-site logistics, including guestlist management and sponsor activations.Industry AwardsManage pre- and post-event entrant and attendee data.Coordinate entry and judging processes.Ensure the smooth on-site delivery of high profile events.Networking & Social EventsAssist with organising webinars, networking events, and industry socials.Manage guest lists and optimise invitations for maximum engagement.Who Were Looking ForThis role should appeal to self-starters, who have office-based administration or customer support experience within a fast-paced environment.
