You will provide AV support with an emphasis on Audio, for events ranging from board meetings to events with up to 200 attendees. Given the growth of the company, and their attitude towards learning, there will be opportunities for you to expand your skills and develop your career.The RoleRepresent the company at one or multiple permanent event venues in London, providing top quality AV support.Operate and maintain professional video, lighting and audio equipmentProvide the best in class customer service on-site and remotelySupport everything from board meetings to up to 200 person eventsProviding solutions for any technical challenge on eventsTransport and setup of video, lighting, and audio equipment as requiredCoordinate equipment as requiredOperate and maintain professional video, lighting and audio equipmentWork with an internal team of Event Producers, Project Managers, Designers, and Video Producers, and coordinate freelance production crewCoordinate crew and equipment as neededAbility to spot points of failure and have suitable contingencies in placeAssist staff with pulling, staging, and striking audio/visual equipment for eventsResolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashionAbility to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfullyLocation and on-site managementAssess technical and on-site health and safety risks, be alert for live issues on event days and be primed to react accordinglyFollow-up and feedback on internal processes and workowsKeep up to date with developments in the industry and share internallyThe Person2-4+ Years of AV Production or Broadcast Industry ExperienceProficient in audio equipment; Allen & Heath, Yamaha, Sennheiser, etc.Ability to set up and ring out a PAKnowledge/understanding of wireless microphone systemsProcient in video equipment; Roland, Blackmagic Design, etc.Knowledge of different video standardsTechnical knowledge of common video equipment and common workowsProactive communicator, to build relationships with all stakeholdersHighly organised to make sure no ball is droppedDriven to do a great job, and to learn new skillsCreative and curiousDesired experienceKnowledge and experience operating a variety of large and small-scale audio eventsExperience in streaming, vMix, RTMP, SRT, NDI, etc.Video cameras and lm lighting knowledgeProcient in lighting equipment; uplighters, moving head, and stationary lightsThe DetailsContract: PermanentRemuneration: 30,000 depending on experience + bonus schemeLocation: Shoreditch LondonWorking: Majority is on-site work, salaries are reviewed every 6 months.
