This role is based within the Wealth Operations sector of the bank and will be responsible for undertaking investigative and corrective work.Responsibilities: Take responsibility for a technical process within the team, learning and developing knowledge of existing processesCarry out accurate data entry to ensure up to date information is stored within the client systemsUndertake investigative work, using existing knowledge and processes alongside own initiative to resolve queries and challengesCommunicate effectively with all colleagues within the team, as well as external stakeholders, in order to escalate issues, improve processes and co-ordinate effectivelyWork independently, manage your own workload and effectively communicate any concerns with their supervisor / immediate colleaguesExperience Required: Previous experience carrying out data entry tasks (ESSENTIAL)Proficiency using advanced Microsoft Excel techniquesAbility to work within strict deadlinesAbility to work within a teamStrong numeracy and literacy skillsStrong organisational skillsAttention to detail whilst maintaining high volume of workAbility to consistently deliver high levels of accuracy If you are interested in this position, please do not hesitate to apply!
