Role You will optimise procurement processes, drive value creation and support strategic projects across our clients global operations. This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to influence procurement strategy and operations while working directly with senior leadership teams. Key Responsibilities:Procurement Strategy & Optimisation:Design and implement efficient procurement processes and systems that ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness.Identify opportunities for value creation and cost savings across procurement activities.Project Management & Execution:Oversee procurement-related projects, ensuring timelines, budgets and deliverables are met.Maintain dynamic project updates and proactively analyse and mitigate risks.Cost Management & Analysis:Lead project material cost evaluations and support process cost implementation.Provide expert analysis and recommendations on procurement-related financial decisions.Stakeholder Collaboration:Act as the key liaison between procurement and internal teams, ensuring seamless project execution.Partner with global teams in Madrid, Sweden and China to align procurement strategies.Risk Management:Develop and implement risk management strategies related to procurement and supply chain operations.Qualifications and Skills:Experience:Proven experience in procurement, supply chain or project management within the automotive industry.Strong background in managing complex projects across global teams.Skills:Expertise in supply chain software, ERP systems and data analysis tools.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business Administration, Procurement Management, Economics or a related field.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.Knowledge of Mandarin is a strong advantage.To view our Privacy Policy, please visit https://www.ecwsearch.com/privacy-policy
