This is an exciting opportunity to join Marmalade, an award-winning, purpose-driven, creative communications agency based in London, specialising in social impact, sustainability, DE&I, brand, leadership and people campaigns. We are a team of passionate change makers driven to create exceptional work with a firm belief in driving positive change.We are looking for a Senior/Producer with at minimum 6-years experience as a Producer to work across our global client-base, developing content to drive change and promote our clients brand and vision.The portfolio includes; integrated brand campaigns, corporate and internal, short / long-form branded content requiring experience of producing overseas film shoots, remote filming and a strong technical understanding of kit and logistics.Projects are diverse; and we seek someone who takes a genuine interest in the clients, their purpose, business strategy and challenges (irrespective of category) and has a flair for delivering effective, creative solutions across the team.Role Requirements:Briefing and scoping of Production end-to-endSuccessful track record of leading projects from pitch developmentTranslation of requirements into logistics and multi-platform deliveryAccurate project planning and time estimationBudget management - estimating and cost controlPro-active risk managementA strong client service ethos and account management expertise.Responsive, always meeting commitments and going the extra mileExcellent team management and organisation, practiced at engaging and managing resources across planning, creative, production and postAbility to run several projects concurrently - comfortable managing both small and large productions.Excellent communication with the ability to articulate ideas effectively (both verbally and written) per the audience generating understanding and buy inSolid supplier management, business acumen and negotiationA strong technical understanding of kit and shoot logistics is criticalExperience of setting up overseas shootsRemote filmingCovid-19 shoot regulationsEdit producer experience a plus with a good eye for detailExcellent operational routines and processes; time management, running of meetings, co-ordinating planning activities, client management, reporting, etc.A safe pair of hands, you will take responsibility for delivering to brief, on plan and on budget.You must be adept at providing pro-active, visible, transparent leadership irrespective of office or home working, someone who meets their commitments and takes responsibility for team output and results.Our office is Kings Cross and we are currently operating a mix of office and remote working. The role holder must be able to demonstrate a track record of remote managing teams and resources.The position may require occasional overseas travel.You will have a solid 6+ years experience from a communications / production house / integrated agency and currently hold a similar role.Preference will be given to candidates who also hold a qualification from film school.Strong creds are a must.Salary Range: From 55,000+ / annum depending on experience.Start Date: ASAPMarmalade is dedicated to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
