You'll even have a purpose built dairy applications lab ready to make your very own.What youll do:Main purpose of roleReporting to the Head of Customer Partnerships, the candidate will be responsible for the total ownership of the innovation and strategy of I.T.S. activity within the Dairy sector. This will include the development of new initiatives and campaigns, working closely with Marketing & Commercial to develop and anticipate future trends in flavour. The candidate will be proactive with new and existing customers looking for new ideas and concepts across markets and countries to inspire them and develop their business with I.T.S.Duties and responsibilitiesWorking closely with customers to maintain and develop existing and new Dairy-based products through proactive innovationSupporting and working closely with the Head of Customer Partnerships on key accountsDelivering costings and specifications of flavours to the customerLiaise with the Flavourists, Technical & Commercial teams to deliver all Dairy related customer project briefsExplore and develop new Dairy application formats designed to showcase I.T.S. flavours.Develop sector skills, commercial awareness and networking through attendance at relevant exhibitions, conferences, seminars, webinars etcBe comfortable with delivering I.T.S presentations to customersCreate short reports, highlighting new launches, new market products, and any major findings.Establish and maintain all recipes used and developed.Work closely with the I.T.S. Technical department to ensure that all relevant documentation is provided to the customerExpand technical understanding of Dairy formulations and manufacturing processes.Understand the functionality of key recipe ingredients, their interactions with each other and their synergy with manufacturing processes and able to utilise I.T.S pilot plant facilitiesDemonstrate and develop a broad understanding of the Dairy sector, in particular monitoring trends and how these could fit with I.T.S. activity.The successful applicant will need to be able to demonstrate the following qualifications and experienceHard working, passionate with a desire to learnProfessional food-related or industry qualificationA minimum 1 years relevant experience in this sectorCustomer facing, with strong communication skills & the ability to adopt different communication platformsHave a passion for food and a willingness to support all areas of the I.T.S business when requiredWhat we offer you in returnCompetitive SalaryCompany Bonus Scheme Up to 10% PensionPrivate Health including Dental & Optical coverOn Site Parking Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
