Unlike traditional contractors, where you are hired by the client, you remain a permanent employee of Peregrine, with access to all our standard benefits:A Permanent Position in a Market-Leading Workforce Solutions companyLife Assurance5% annual bonusPension Scheme Employer matched to 5%Voluntary Benefits Health Cash Plan, Dental, Will Writing etcAnnual Leave 23 days rising to 27 with length of serviceSick Pay Increasing with length of serviceKey Responsibilities:Working with the Programme lead and Change Manager in developing and implementing project management activities in the implementation of a Cyber Security framework.Identify and communicate with key stakeholders across the organisation.Facilitate project development through the whole lifecycle, experienced in project design, planning, collaboration and co-ordination with multifaceted teams including delivery of results within set criteria.Skilled in tracking progress, summarising results, and communicating with management, customers, and other stakeholders across the organisation.Coordinate and lead planning sessions for project development and execution in a Cyber Security context.Conduct risk analysis to reduce unforeseen obstacles and initiate mitigations accordinglyCreate detailed schedule, project parameters, and key criteria expectations in line with the framework approach and directorate PMOConduct periodic scope, schedule, and output reviews using industry best practices, to identify needed adjustments and alignmentsManage customer and other stakeholder expectations to maintain productive and engaged relationships.Provide summarised project plan documentation to the Programme lead, implementation team, PMO, and other stakeholders as needed.Collaborate with and lead external departmental teams to deliver results on schedule and within risk limits.Requirements:Experience in cross-departmental coordination and team building.SC Clearance.Comfortable with on site attendance in London, Croydon and Manchester.Desirable Requirements: Experience of rolling out a framework to a large and complex organisation.Experience in a Cyber Security environmentUnderstanding of the NCSC Cyber Assurance Framework (CAF)Understanding of the NIST Cyber Security Framework (CSF) and mapping to CAFAbout us: At Peregrine, we see beyond the immediate and look to the horizon.
