Working Hours: Monday Friday flexi working available from 6am-6pm & can be worked over 4 days.Our reputable Ecommerce Retail Client who are currently looking for a driven and dynamic personality to run operations of a growing, fast-paced ecommerce company. Accountable for performance, quality, profitability and compliance across the company, ensuring all operations meet business and market standards.The successful candidate will oversee multiple departments within the organisation (Warehousing, Logistics, Returns and Customer Services) and report directly to the business owners.Main Responsibilities of the Head of Operations Warehouse performance maintaining and improving standards of efficient stock management from goods in to goods out with strong focus on meeting dispatch targetsLogistics management maintaining relationships with logistics partners, negotiating rates, onboarding new partnersIT setup maintenance of current systems and implementation of new solutionsAftersales oversee Customer Services operation as well as returns for efficient daily operation, providing excellent customer experience while identifying room for improvement ensuring future savingsDeveloping and delivering strategic plans to increase productivity, reduce costs, and meet quality objectives in each department.Providing leadership and guidance to management teams, setting objectives, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement through clear KPIs.Supporting all departments in effective collaborationCoaching and motivating department managers and staff to maintain strong company cultureLeading projects as required (trade shows, IT projects, events)Following industry trends and identifying new business opportunitiesUpholding and nurturing company valuesExperience and Skills requiredProven leadership and project management experience (ideally 5+ Years)Excellent knowledge of the e-commerce and logistics industryVibrant personality able to motivate and drive changeAbility to adapt quickly to the ever-changing marketStrong interpersonal and communication skillsPassionate about leadership, continuous improvement, and making a real impactProficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.Closing date is 19.03.2025To Apply please follow the application process for the site this job is advertised on.
