A leading production powerhouse is looking for a Senior Producer to join their London team.With over 30 years experience under their belt, they produce everything from social-first content and TVCs to podcasts and thought leadership, delivering high-impact creative that engages and drives results.You will have the opportunity to produce a wide range of work from live action through to branded content.About the roleOversee end-to-end production, from concept development and budgeting to execution and final delivery, in collaboration with the creative team.Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality by working closely with internal teams.Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic guidance and identifying opportunities to expand services.Manage budgets, track margins, and handle client financial reconciliations to prevent scope creep and meet commercial targets.Lead client meetings, take ownership of action points, and coordinate tasks across the production team.Continuously enhance knowledge of filming techniques, distribution, and live production capabilities.About you:Several years experience as a Producer in a production company, working on diverse projects across multiple industries and regions.Proven ability to develop original ideas and creative solutions based on client needs.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, bringing enthusiasm and energy to every project.Exceptional communication, organisation, and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.Strong background in automotive production, handling projects of various scales.
