As part of our team, youll play a key role in managing project costs, ensuring efficiency, and delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesCost Management: Prepare and manage cost budgets, Predicted Final Accounts (PFA), and financial tracking to ensure projects stay within budget.Tendering & Procurement: Prepare tender packages, analyse subcontractor quotations, and lead pre-let interviews to select the best contractors.Subcontractor Management: Oversee orders, monthly valuations, payments, and variations while maintaining strict cost control.Value Engineering: Collaborate with design and construction teams to identify cost-saving solutions without compromising on quality.Reporting: Provide regular reports on costs, cash flow, and budget forecasts, identifying potential overruns early.Team Leadership: Mentor junior team members, supporting their growth and helping build a strong Quantity Surveying team.The CompanyOur Client is a well-established housebuilder with a first-class reputation in the property industry.
