Communicating on a regular basis, attending meetings and advising as much as possibleEmployee Relations - Supporting and advising low level casesHR Administration & ComplianceData administration - Maintain employee records, generating reports, cleansing and updating the systemL&D - Coordinate training sessions, create training contentEmployee communication & engagement - Creating and implementing employee surveys, maintain and adapt employee benefits, assist in company eventsProject support - Self managing projects as and when needed.
