Leading the merchandising division, overseeing budget planning and range development across three key sales channels: e-commerce, marketplaces, and wholesale.Seeking a data-driven and forward-thinking individual to implement merchandising structures that will be pivotal in achieving the companys ambitious 23 year growth plan. Brand positioning is a key focus, along with the ability to navigate dynamic stock movements across multiple platforms.Role Responsibilities:Develop product ranges aligned with business financial targets.Conduct in-depth analysis to establish financial sales targets.Lead weekly trade reporting, analysing sales and stock performance.Develop and execute short-term and long-term departmental strategies to maximize sales and profitability across all sales channels.Collaborate with marketplace channels to identify and capitalise on sales and profit opportunities.Efficiently manage inventory across the UK, EU, and multiple sales channels, ensuring optimal stock levels to drive profitability.Approve promotional strategies that maintain profitability and uphold brand integrity.Work closely with teams such as e-commerce and brand to provide essential insights that align with their planning needs.Identify opportunities to enhance merchandising efficiency by evaluating and implementing new software and technologies.This role will work closely with the Assistant Merchandiser and Merchandising Admin Assistant to drive strategic business goals through effective planning, range building, and trading. 3 days in-office, 2 days remote with flexi hours (8-4/10-6).Minimum 5yrs previous experience in a Head Office Merchandiser with Marketplace exposure essential.Wholesale partnering experience highly beneficial.Strong analytical and numerical skills, advanced excel skills, experience with integrations. Demonstrates commercial awareness and knowledge of current trends.
