Our client is a leading global investment firm who are looking to recruit a Distribution Analyst within their Alternatives team. This role is a maternity cover for 12-15 months and offers an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse range of alternative fund products, supporting global distribution efforts and historically result in permanent opportunities with them once complete.Key Responsibilities:Support the onboarding and servicing of distribution partners across hedge funds, private equity and other alternative fund structures.Ensure correct share classes, commercial terms and country registrations are in place, including regulatory requirements (PRIIPs, KIIDs).Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including compliance, fund product and client servicing teams.Assist in the expansion of alternative fund offerings into new markets, with a particular focus on regulatory frameworks and distribution infrastructure.Provide operational support to the US wealth business, including interval funds.Manage distributor due diligence processes, ensuring legal and compliance standards are met.Oversee fund materials, reporting and marketing documentation.Ideal Candidate Profile:Strong knowledge of alternative investments, particularly liquid alternatives and private markets.Experience in fund distribution, ideally within wealth management or asset management.Familiarity with regulatory requirements for fund distribution, including PRIIPs, KIIDs and cross-border registrations.Proactive, self-starter with strong stakeholder management skills.Comfortable working in a collaborative, hands-off management environment.Experience onboarding and maintaining relationships with distribution partners.Additional Information:The team operates with a flexible, results-driven culture, focusing on deliverables rather than rigid work patterns.The role requires an immediate start or a maximum one-month notice period.Open to candidates with alts platform experience.
