If youre a strong communicator and a natural leader, this could be the next step in your career.What Youll Be Doing:Overseeing the commercial management of your assigned projects, ensuring they run smoothly and profitably.Maximising margins and ensuring healthy cash flow across all projects you manage.Building strong relationships with clients and subcontractors to keep everything running on track.Mentoring junior team members, helping them grow in their roles and supporting their career development.Managing the financial side of the projects, including subcontractor accounts, valuations, and financial reporting.Negotiating contract variations and ensuring everything is done in a timely, professional manner.Taking ownership of the final accounts for both main contracts and subcontractors.Working closely with your team to ensure all processes and protocols are followed, ensuring consistency and quality.What Youll Need:Solid experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within construction or engineering.A strong understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, and cost management.Experience with contract administration, valuations, and variations.Excellent communication and negotiation skills youll be working with a lot of different people!A passion for mentoring and developing the next generation of surveyors.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.The ability to see the bigger picture and manage project risks and opportunities effectively.Benefits:10% Pension contributionPrivate healthcare for employee and direct familyCar allowanceCar salary sacrifice schemeCompetitive salaryIf youre looking for a new challenge and are ready to step into a role where you can really make a difference, We would love to hear from you!
