This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious lawyer who is looking to take the next step in their career and be part of a highly successful and collaborative team.About the RoleAs a Corporate Solicitor, you will work closely with senior partners on a diverse range of corporate matters, including high-value transactions, corporate governance, M&A, and non-transactional advisory work. You will have the opportunity to develop your technical expertise while also gaining exposure to complex, high-profile deals and less complex corporate work.Your role will involve:Leading and assisting with large, complex corporate transactions, including M&A, restructurings, and joint ventures.Managing smaller transactions and non-transactional advisory work, providing pragmatic solutions to clients.Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers, assisting in their professional development and ensuring the teams continued success.Building and nurturing client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and developing long-term relationships with clients across various sectors.Developing cross-team and cross-firm relationships to collaborate on multi-disciplinary projects and add value to clients.Participating in business development activities and contributing to the firms overall growth.About YouWere looking for a Corporate Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE, ideally with experience across M&A, corporate governance, and general corporate advisory work.
