The Role!The senior associate will work with an impressive client base on a broad range of banking & finance transactions across corporate lending, leveraged finance, asset finance, real estate finance, project finance and invoice discounting. More specifically this will include;draft and negotiate facility agreements and security documents (LMA and non LMA)negotiate inter-creditor agreements or arrangementsoversee any other matters related to live lending transactionsmentor and coach junior lawyers and traineesget involved in the business development of the teamYou will be!
