Good Understanding on Should have knowledge and exposure to Process Industry manufacturing, Planning Optimization, Contract Manufacturing, Demand and Supply Forecast and able to configure BOM, Formulas and Production costing(Costing Sheet & Costing versions). Worked with Contract manufacturers and Third-Party Logistics Functional consulting skills to manage Requirement gathering and detailing, fitment analysis, functional design, Integration functional testing, manage user acceptance testing, Training and hyper care support Exposure to Go-Live issues and fixing are preferred. Working knowledge of D365 FO/FSCM/AXs interoperability capability with MS Office, MS Office 365, SharePoint, Azure and MS BI Stack Strong client interaction skills Working independently and in teams Excellent Analytical and Communication skills Able to manage a team of 6-10 Ability and Flexibility to work on Onsite/Nearshore/Offshore modelsPreffered: Planning and Prioritization skills At least 10 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process At least 10 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes Management experience is a plus Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
