Their client base includes Local Authorities, Housing Associations, schools, and private businesses.The company operates two key divisions:Refurbishment and Maintenance: Specialising in refurbishment works, planned maintenance, internal and external redecoration, and responsive repairs.New Build Division: Focused on D&B new build projects ranging from 500k to 4m, including private and affordable residential developments, schools, and care homes.The Role Bid Writer:Our client is seeking an experienced Bid Writer to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in securing new business by preparing high-quality bid applications and pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs).Key Responsibilities:Completing bid applications, primarily for Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Social Housing, and Public Buildings.Preparing and submitting PQQ questionnaires.Working closely with the existing friendly Bid Team.Ability to work independently or as part of a team.Ensuring all documentation meets the highest standards of quality and compliance.Requirements:Experience in a Bid Writer role, ideally within the Social Housing or construction sector.Prior experience working for a competitor would be highly beneficial.Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.Computer literacy and proficiency in bid preparation software.Passion for construction and the ability to hit the ground running.How to Apply:Please click Apply to be considered for this opportunity.
